Ayurvedic Energy Drink


An ayurvedic medical practitioner got me onto this drink.  I love it! and it is full of goodness

Ingredients and Method:-

soak overnight

  • 4 almonds,
  • 4 organic dates,
  • 1 teaspoon fennel seeds and
  • 2 cardamom pods.

In the morning blend till very fine and drink.  This can be strained but you’ll find it doesn’t really need it, just a textural thing.  It is sweet, good for increasing your digestion energy and gives strength, is high in iron (fosters uptake of calcium), high in protein and B group vitamins.
